1. Introduction

Yield Sniper ("we", "our" or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our website, daily reports, Pool Explorer and related services (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

We collect only what we need to run the Service. We never ask for government ID numbers, bank account details, private keys or seed phrases. We collect information you provide when you:

  • Create an account: your email address and the name shared by your sign-in method (Google or email).
  • Subscribe: billing details, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Set delivery preferences: email delivery settings, language, and your Telegram username and chat ID if you connect Telegram.
  • Use the Pool Explorer: saved views and watchlists.
  • Contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to send us.
  • Use a fund workspace (business customers): organization details, user roles (owner, editor, viewer), fund and position data entered by your team, and audit log metadata (who changed what, and when).

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent and clicks.
  • Device information: browser type, device type and operating system.
  • IP address: for security and analytics.
  • Cookies: to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

2.3 Wallet data

If you sign in with a wallet, we receive your public wallet address and a signature used for authentication. We never have access to your private keys and cannot execute transactions on your behalf.

2.4 Wallet risk check

When you check a wallet, we read public on-chain data for the address you enter: the tokens and balances it holds and its positions in the protocols we cover. To do this, we send the checked address, and nothing that identifies you, to the providers listed in section 4: block explorers built on Blockscout (run by Blockscout or by the chain’s own team) and, when enabled, Alchemy, which list the tokens and balances the address holds; blockchain RPC providers, which return balances and positions; and Morpho’s public API, for Morpho positions. Token prices are looked up by token only; the address is not sent with those requests.

Results are cached for 10 minutes so repeated checks are fast; anonymous checks are not linked to you, and the address is never sent to our analytics tools. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour.

If you watch a wallet from your account, we store the address, its label and your alert setting with your account and re-check it once a day. You can remove a watched wallet or stop its alerts at any time. A public wallet address linked to your account can be personal data; we handle it under this policy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: process subscriptions, deliver reports and manage accounts.
  • Communicate: send service notices, account messages and support replies.
  • Improve: understand how features are used so we can make them better.
  • Security: detect fraud, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.
