Rules run in this order. A pool is counted at the first rule it fails.
01 · Collect
7:30 a.m. ET: the full pool universe
The engine pulls the pool universe from on-chain sources and independent data providers, with TVL, APY, 90-day history, hack and audit records.
Yesterday: 15,596 pools.
02 · Eliminate
Eight hard rules. No exceptions.
A pool that fails any rule is removed: too small, yield outside 1–30%, impermanent-loss exposure, a recent or large hack, withdrawals that don't work, unaudited under $100M, or an APY that doesn't hold up when measured.
03 · Score
A 0–100 risk score, itemized
Each survivor starts at 100 and loses points for each of ten known risk factors. 80 and above is Low risk, 60–79 Medium, below 60 High.
04 · Deliver
Up to five per category, safest first
Stablecoins, Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP. Within each category, the safest tier comes first, then the highest APY. Sent by email and Telegram, and saved to your archive.
What you get
One morning read. The full dataset whenever you want to check.

A risk breakdown for every pool
The score and every point it lost: audit status, hack history, protocol age, withdrawal test result, measured versus reported APY, share of APY from incentives, holder concentration, plus 90 days of APY and TVL.
The Pool Explorer
Every pool in the latest screen, passed and eliminated, with the rule each one failed. Filter, sort, compare 90-day history, check hacks and audits. Save views and watchlists. Build queries without code, or write an advanced query.

Methodology
The rules, in plain language
Nothing is ranked until it passes every rule below. The rules are the same for every pool, every day.

Ranked
Up to five pools per category. Safest tier first, then highest APY. A Low-risk pool at 6% ranks above a Medium-risk pool at 9%.
What the score is not
A score of 100 means no known risk factors were found. It does not mean a pool is risk-free. Smart-contract, oracle, depeg and governance risk never reach zero.
Data
Data comes from on-chain sources and independent data providers. The rules, the score and the daily ranking are Yield Sniper's. Every report shows when its data was captured.
The Pool Explorer lists every eliminated pool and the rule it failed.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is this financial advice?
No. Yield Sniper is an information and software service. We screen and score pools using published rules. We don't know your situation, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to deposit, withdraw, buy or sell. You make every decision and every transaction yourself.
Where does the data come from?
Pool, APY, TVL, hack and audit data come from on-chain sources and independent data providers. Yield Sniper doesn't audit smart contracts and doesn't hold anyone's funds. What's ours is the screen: the rules, the risk score, the daily ranking and the history we keep. Every report and Explorer view shows when its snapshot was taken.
How is the risk score calculated?
Each pool that passes the hard rules starts at 100 and loses points for each known risk factor present:
- no known audit
- past hacks
- a protocol under a year old
- withdrawal queues
- APY mostly from incentives
- unstable APY
- concentrated holders
- smaller TVL
- APY above 15%
- a pool under 30 days old
80 or more is Low risk, 60–79 Medium, below 60 High. Every pool's breakdown shows exactly which factors applied.
Why don't I see pools above 30% APY, LP pools or other tokens?
By design. We cover stablecoin-only pools and single-asset BTC, ETH and XRP pools with total APY between 1% and 30% and no impermanent-loss exposure. That keeps comparisons like-for-like and leaves out yields that usually depend on leverage, emissions or price exposure. If those are what you're after, Yield Sniper isn't the right tool.
Do I need to connect a wallet? Can you access my funds?
No wallet needed. Sign in with Google or email. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases, we never execute transactions, and we have no access to your funds.
When does the report arrive?
The screen runs every morning at about 7:30 a.m. New York time. The report goes out by email and Telegram shortly after and is saved to your archive in the web app.
What is the Pool Explorer, and is it included?
It's the full dataset behind each report. Browse, filter and sort every pool in the latest screen, including eliminated pools and the rule each one failed. See risk scores and flags, 90-day APY and TVL history, hacks and audits. Save views and watchlists, build queries without code, or write advanced queries. It's included in Premium. Free accounts see match counts and the first five rows.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Partial periods aren't refunded.
The next screen runs at 7:30 a.m. ET.
